Hamish Lloyd Barnes: ‘Stage Presence’

Actor, Comedian, and Co-Artistic Director of multi award-winning theatre company, Spies Like Us, Hamish Lloyd Barnes (Rivals, Disney+, Harry Potter, Audible, Leicester Square Theatre Sketch Off Finalist 2026) brings his debut character comedy show, ‘Stage Presence’, to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Loosely inspired by the real murder of acclaimed actor William Terris at the stage door of the Adelphi Theatre in 1897 and the subsequent sightings of his ghost, Stage Presence sees a cursed company of ghosts alongside a talking ticket, curtain and spotlight, scramble to tell their stories, tie up their loose ends, and have their moment on the final night before the haunted house is demolished.
